Tip Fallon, MSOD

Tip Fallon is a change agent who is passionate about the development of people, organizations, and society at large.  Growing up with an exposure to a rich variety of backgrounds and cultures, he appreciates the diversity of strengths and identities that are present in every group and individual. People engage with Tip through activities such as coaching, team building, group facilitation, strategic planning, and organizational development to solve deep and complex problems and reach meaningful goals. His background and work history includes Lean Six Sigma and engineering process improvement for a multinational manufacturing company, startup of a youth nonprofit, and currently he is the principal of Fallon Consulting Group, LLC. He has served organizations that include community based to international nonprofits, governmental agencies, and higher education institutions. He speaks and presents on topics related to human and systems change and development at local and regional conferences, and has served on nonprofit boards and in instructional roles at American University and Georgetown University. His degrees are in mechanical engineering, and organizational development, and he is currently pursuing a certification in coaching in an ICF accredited program.
