Rebecca Bell Slocum, MSOD is an Organization Development consultant with expertise in innovative, data-driven strategies to engage large systems in change. She partners with leaders to collect data,design solutions, and implement changes that increase effectiveness and build resiliency in their organizations.Her current work includes helping senior leaders in nonprofit and federal agencies understand the dynamics of their organizations and engage their people in creating change. She has published and presented in her field. Prior to getting her MS in Organization Development, Rebecca worked for various international nonprofit organizations focused on topics such as microfinance, sustainable agriculture, trade policy, and environmental law. She was then contracted by the U.S. Department of State to manage multi-million dollar environmental conservation programs with trade-partner countries and monitor the effectiveness of U.S. investment in development. She has traveled and worked abroad extensively and draws on her cross-cultural skills frequently when consulting with international organizations and multicultural teams.
