Examples:
Consult with company executives following a major reorganization to form a new administrative team. Provide visioning exercises, role clarification, and business process redesign.

Consult to the transition of a new leader of a 500 person service unit by designing and facilitating a comprehensive change management plan, including an initial survey-feedback needs assessment process, a consensual group planning effort, and consultation with all departments as they defined their Missions, Goals, and Objectives. Provide follow-up services, including role clarification, conflict negotiation, and team building for administrators and line workers.

Provide shadow consulting to senior managers in areas of management style, personnel problems, and group climate.
