  • Founded The IT Effectiveness Group in 2003 which has delivered clients consistent returns on investment exceeding 700%.

  • Between 2000-2003, reduced annual operating expense by $200 million and produced three- year savings of $175 million.

  • In that same time period, improved production service levels by 40% and internal user satisfaction by 85%.

  • During the heavy merger and acquisition period, developed the capability to merge an acquired organization within 90 days of legal acquisition. Have personally led, managed or been involved with over 400 mergers and acquisitions.

  • Led the technology organization capability during the company’s growth from $20 Billion to $160 Billion and from a technology perspective, from 2nd generation computing to web- based open systems capabilities.

  • Spearheaded the introduction of organizations and processes to support distributed technologies, web-based capabilities, formal internal client support functions, merger and acquisition teams, relationship and product management groups, quality assurance teams, a Program Management Office, and an Operational Excellence Quality capability.  

  • During the period 1990-2000, 1300 large-scale development projects were implemented with a 97% success rate on project budgets and a 95% success rate on project schedules.
